Basic Ingredients
4 eggs
8oz of self rasing flour (225grs)
8oz stork marg (225grs)
8oz of caster sugar (225grs)
a tsp of baking powder
For every egg x2 oz. For example: 2 eggs, 4oz of everything else. 3 eggs, 6oz of everything else. It depends on how much mixture you want.
When I make a chocolate cake, I take away 2 oz of flour and replace it with 2 oz of cocoa powder.
